Below you will find some of our frequently asked questions…
Gates open at 9am, roads approaching the showfield will be busier than normal, so please allow time for your journey .
£5 fee for car parking for all show goers & visitors to the village, with accessible parking signposted opposite the main entrance.
Tickets are available on the day. Adults are £10, under £16s are free!
We are now able to accept contactless payment at the gate for the entry fees. However some of the trade stands only accept cash and as Malham village does not have cash machines, please remember to bring cash with you.
Toilets including disabled and baby change facilities are provided.
Mobile phones on EE can get mobile and 4G reception, other networks are currently less reliable in Malham.

Dogs are very welcome to share the day with you. Please keep your dog on a lead and please clean up after them – bag it and bin it.

At Malham Agricultural and Horticultural Society ( Malham Show ) we do all we can to respect your right to privacy and the protection of your personal information. Below is a summary of what we do with your information to run our Show. We will let you know if we change how we use your data.
The information we use and where we get it from
We collect and process various types of information such as name and contact details. Most of your information will have already been provided by you, or created through your involvement with the Malham Show.

You have a number of legal rights to control what we do with your information. For example, you can ask us to tell you what information we have about you and get a copy of it; correct or update information that is wrong or stop using your information in certain circumstances. Please note by asking us to do this may mean that we are no longer able to provide you with our products or services.

We at Malham Show use your information mainly to provide you with products and services. Also to understand our customer’s needs and provide up to date and correct information.
Sharing your information outside of the Malham Show
We keep your information confidential and will only share your information outside of Malham Show to enhance the services and products we are providing. We will never transfer your information overseas.
Marketing
Unless you have told us NOT to, we may send you marketing information relating to products and services we think that will be relevant to you. If you change your mind and no longer wish to receive these communications please contact the secretary on 07496 15 22 18.
Photographs
Please be aware that photography from the Malham Show or associated events may be used to promote and advertise future events. If you identify that you have been included within photography and do not want to be, please contact the secretary on 07496 15 22 18 to arrange for the photograph to be removed.
Communication about your involvement in Malham Show
We use the contact details you have provided to us to send you information relevant to the operation and maintenance relevant to your activities and involvement in the Show, including e-mail, text, phone and post.
How long do we keep your information
We don’t keep your information for longer than we need to, which is usually up to 12 months but in some cases it will be up to 6 years.
